Feb 1-3 Storm Looking More Likely In The East, Perhaps In The Great Lakes

Looks most likely a winter type storm, but the Euro has been trending warmer. Looks more like a Positively Tilted Trough which if a warmer system wouldn't be much for a tornado outbreak but could favor some type of linear event.
