Recorded this near Franklin, Indiana of what is known as an ice fog. A true ice fog as this one was happens when temps get very cold (Below 15 degrees F) and the supercooled water droplets get so cold that they no longer need a solid surface to freeze onto. So, they freeze in Mid Air from the sublimation from the snowpack on the ground.
